We are excited to welcome our next cohort of Howard University undergraduate students and young professional mentors!
Mentors are extremely valuable to the development of a young Black woman - even when she is in college. We pair young professionals with undergraduate students and offer a space where they can engage and interact, learn from one another, and candidly express their experiences and concerns as it relates to the workforce. During our sessions, mentors participate in activities with their mentees that would strengthen her professionalism, leadership, entrepreneurship skills. We invite you to submit your intake form today and join our next cohort of young professional women of color who want to help the next generation succeed!
For a high school student, having a mentor can make or break her post graduate decisions. Sometimes, a mentor can be that final push to catapult a high school girl into the college of her dreams or to pick up a trade that she is really passionate about. We encourage high school girls at Howard University to join our program if they want to make a difference in the lives of someone younger than them as they walk along their own path towards greatness.
